Vape Shop Pros offers FedEx and two shipping methods through the USPS (First Class and Priority Mail). When choosing First Class shipping method, you're provided a tracking number but your package is not insured. Choosing Priority Mail shipping method comes standard with tracking and is also insured. It is extremely rare but a shipping carrier can make mistakes. Vape Shop Pros is not liable for errors made by the shipping carriers. Our customer service department will do its best to help contact the USPS or FedEx to try to make life good again. Trust that we do everything to make your package a happy traveler before it sets out on its journey; once out, it is in the hands of the carrier to deliver. Shipping issues must be reported immediately to both us and the carrier so as to work on resolving the matter quickly. Incomplete or incorrect address submissions at checkout can cause arrival delays or result in a lost package situation. Vape Shop Pros is not liable for any costs associated with delays, lost packages or returns that result from incorrect or incomplete address submissions. In the event a package is returned to us due to an error and you decide to reattempt delivery, we will apply another shipping & handling fee for sending the package a second time. If instead you request a refund, it will result in a 15% cancellation/restocking fee. Please be aware, requests for cancellation may only be submitted through email by the card-holder on file. After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address on file. Tracking information sometimes may not be updated by the carrier until your package has reached your local shipper's sorting facility. If longer-than-expected delivery time occurs, do not hesitate to reach out to us by email.
