At Vape Specialists, we are committed to delivering a premium experienceβfrom checkout to delivery and beyond. Weβve structured our policies to be transparent, fair, and efficient, while protecting both our customers and our company from misuse.
π Return Policy
π Standard Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery. After 30 calendar days, we can no longer accept returns for standard items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unopened, in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact

The item must be free of damage, wear, or misuse

A valid proof of purchase or receipt must be included

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Items sent back without prior approval or without an RMA number will be automatically rejected.

π« Non-Returnable or Final Sale Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons:

Disposable vape products β FINAL SALE only; not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances

Opened or used coils, pods, cartridges, tanks, or RDA/RDTA systems

Batteries and chargers

If youβre unsure whether an item qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back.
π οΈ Defective Products
We accept returns for defective products within 6 months of purchase if the item fails to function as advertised under normal use.
To qualify:

The defect must be functional (e.g., wonβt charge, wonβt fire, leaks immediately)

Minor cosmetic issues such as scuffs, dents, or discoloration are not considered defects

The full original kit must be returnedβnot just the malfunctioning part

Items must not show signs of abuse, wear, or modification
We reserve the right to deny returns for any items determined to be misused or intentionally damaged.
β Invalid Returns & Customer Responsibility
If a product is returned and deemed ineligible for refund or replacement:

It will be held for 7 days, awaiting a customer-provided return shipping label

Vape Specialists will not pay to return ineligible items
-
If no label is received within 7 days, the item will be discarded or recycled
π Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the standard return process. Once your return is approved and refunded, you may place a new order separately.
π EU Customers β 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include valid proof of purchase.
π³ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, weβll notify you of the outcome by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Returns for wholesale customers follow a separate policy:

No refunds will be issued for wholesale orders

π¦ Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders within 1β2 business days of successful payment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.
β° Same-Day Shipping Cutoffs
To qualify for same-day shipping:

UPS Ground: Order must be placed and paid by 12:00 PM PST
-
USPS Priority Mail: Order must be placed and paid by 10:00 AM PST
Orders placed after these cutoffs ship the following business day. Business days are MondayβFriday (excluding U.S. holidays).
π Carriers & Delivery
We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. You may request a different carrier by contacting us before placing your order.

If you require signature confirmation or shipping insurance, it must be selected and paid for during checkout

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery unless shipping insurance was added
π International Shipping
We currently ship only to U.S. addresses and U.S. territories. For special international shipping requests, contact us at info@vapespecialists.com.
π¬ Claims for Missing or Incorrect Items
Missing items or shipping discrepancies must be reported to info@vapespecialists.com within 7 days of delivery. Claims made beyond this window may not be eligible for resolution.
